Takri’s Non-Vintage Sparkling wine is made from a blend of 40% Voskehat, 30% Khatuni, 30% Banants grapes from 80 year old vines grown in Armenia’s Vayots Dzor region. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, given 22 months aging on the lees and is made into sparkling wine using the tank method.
This sparkler is ready for immediate enjoyment. It’s golden-yellow in color, with aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits followed by a rich mid palate. The wine has a long finish with notes of yellow peach, apricot and a pleasing minerality.
